You should:
- Contact us by writing a mail to customercare@northeastltd.com or calling us at 8858895889.
- Use registered email to raise a ticket.
- Escalate to the grievance redressal officer if no resolution.
- If needed, raise a complaint on the SEBI SCORES portal: https://scores.sebi.gov.in/
