How to add Nominee to my account?

• Visit our website rekyc.northeastltd.com. Enter your client code. Click on ‘Continue’ to proceed.

• An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP.

• Click on ‘Add Nominee’.

• Fill the details required. Scroll down and click on ‘Proceed to e-sign’.

• Verify your registered number and review all the Digio Terms & conditions. Click on ‘Proceed’. Then click on ‘Sign Now’ to continue.

• Tick the checkbox authorizing Protean to E-sign. Enter your Aadhar Number and click on ‘Send OTP’.
• An OTP will be sent to your registered mail ID. Enter the OTP received to your mobile number that is linked up to Aadhar.

NOTE: Wait at least for 1-3 working days for the confirmation from Exchange once the document has been officially signed.
