HOW TO ADD FUNDS THROUGH MOBILE APP

  1. Click on three navigating bars visible on the top left after you login to your account.
  2. Select “Funds” Section visible below your trading code.
  3. Click on “Add funds” visible on the dashboard.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to transfer and select “UPI APPS”.
  5. Then enter the UPI ID. Note: Kindly make sure to enter the correct UPI ID as it will automatically save the UPI ID making it convenient for you to transfer funds in future.
  6. Your UPI App will show a pop – up that Northeast Broking Services have requested to pay the amount.
  7. Accept the payment request by clicking on “Pay”.
  8. Enter your six-digit UPI PIN to process the transaction.
  9. After the transaction is complete, the amount shall be credited to your trading account.

Note: At times, due to technical glitches the amount shall reflect after a few minutes in your trading account. In case it’s been a long time since you transferred the amount and still is not reflecting in your trading account, kindly contact us at customercare@northeastltd.com or call us at 8858895889.
