Can I still lodge complaints while my account is frozen?

Yes. Even if your trading access is blocked, you retain the right to:

• File complaints via the broker’s grievance cell
• Raise issues on the SEBI SCORES portal
• Escalate to the Investor Grievance Redressal Committee (IGRC)

Freezing does not affect your investor rights.
